Strawberry Shake



Creamy and delicious, this shake is rich in vitamin C, Omega fatty acids, fiber and beta carotein. A nourishing breakfast in a glass!

INGREDIENTS
3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup cantaloupe chunks
2 cups amasake
1/2 tsp. sweet white miso
1/4 cup ground flax meal
2 to 3 Tbsp. brown rice syrup


Place ingredients in a blender and puree smooth. Adjust sweetness to taste and guzzle away!

Serves 4
