- 1 cup apple juice
- 6 ice cubes
- 2 pears, cored
- 1/2 cup blanched almonds or walnuts, soaked overnight and drained
- 1 teaspoon raw chorella powder
- Optional sweetener: agave nectar or maple syrup to taste, or a few pitted dates (but it will change the color)
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon peeled fresh ginger
Blend the following ingredients in a blender and serve chilled in festive wine glasses.
If you haven’t used Chlorella, I recommend this organic powder.
