- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 3⁄4 cup milk of your choice
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1⁄2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1⁄2 tsp holy basil powder
- 1 tsp honey/agave/maple syrup (optional)
- Bring the water to a boil with all the powders, add the milk and allow it to boil gently.
- Sieve the drink if you prefer.
- Add honey or agave or maple syrup if you like.
- Enjoy as a hot beverage or at room temperature as a morning drink or just before going to bed for a restful night.
