    3 Special Homemade Holiday Giveaways

Christmas is just around the corner and for those of you who are still wondering what to give to your family, colleagues, and friends, don't fret! I made this blog post especially for you! These 3 recipes we're sharing are definitely healthy and easy-to-make.

    1. Crispy Gluten-Free Oatmeal Cookies

Who doesn't like cookies, right? It doesn't matter if you're giving these away to kids or adults — anyone would surely love a taste of guilt-free
    goodness!

    Ingredients:
1 ½ cups uncooked gluten free rolled oats
¾ cups all-purpose gluten free flour (I made my own blend of ¼ cup millet flour, ¼ cup sorghum flour and ¼ cup tapioca flour whisked together)
    ¼ tsp cinnamon
    ¼ tsp baking soda
    pinch salt
    ½ cup maple syrup
    ¼ cup avocado oil
    ¼ tsp vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
    ½ cup applesauce
½ cup raisins or chocolate chips
    Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Place rounded spoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 8 minutes, until light golden brown. Remove from oven and let the cookies finish baking on the cookie sheet for about 5 more minutes. Cool completely before storing in a
    covered container.

    2. Multi-Seed Bars

Thinking of giving something healthy, yummy, and high in protein? Enjoy and share these yummy high-protein multi-seed bars that are easy to make!

    Ingredients:
3 cups assorted toasted seeds (sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
⅔ cup brown rice crispy cereal
    ½ cup raisins
½ cup apple juice sweetened dried cranberries or cherries
A few pinches of sea salt
⅔ cup brown rice syrup OR ⅓ cup brown rice syrup + ⅓ cup maple syrup
    ½ teaspoon sea vegetable powder
    Instructions:
In a large bowl mix together the seeds, brown rice crispy cereal, dried fruit, sea salt, and sea vegetable powder.
Heat the brown rice syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat until it bubbles. Continue to cook for five minutes over medium-low heat.
Pour the hot syrup over the seed mixture and stir well. Transfer to a 9 x 13" glass lasagna pan that has been lined with parchment paper. Press the
mixture firmly down with moist hands. Set aside to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.

    3. Coffee Sugar Scrub

If you're not into giving food, then why not try this Coffee Sugar Scrub? This promotes gentle exfoliation to the skin, makes your skin radiant,
    and healthy-glowing!Ingredients:

½ cup brown sugar (100 gr)
